Wii Fit: Age 38 (I stepped down on a balance test), Time: 30 minutes (Basic – 6 min Hula hoop, 10 min rhythm boxing, and 10 minutes free run.)
Here’s another problem with Wii Fit — Free Run and Free Step are meant to allow for someone to watch something else while jogging or stepping. Cool in concept but discriminary to deaf people. They rely on the speaker on the wiimote to inform you if you’re running fast or slow. They should be using vibrations to emphasie the point, as we can feel by vibration whether we’re doing something correctly or incorrectly. Why omit the vibration when it’s used in the regular games?
Again, a huge opening here, someone better be taking notes here!
I’m lost… I always follow the Mii (or the dog) in front of me so I know if I’m going too fast or too slow. I had no idea there was sound!?
I’m always interest to get Wii Fit. I already have my own Wii. However, I don’t realize that Wiimote would warning in speak. Thank for the information.
